More Than a Brokerage
Rooted in the community we serve,

Piña Realty Inc. humbly draws inspiration from impactful local organizations like AltaMed and Telacu—companies that have inspired this new and exciting venture. Our founder, CEO, and practicing visual artist, Noé Piña, is driven by this mission, inspired by founders who share a deep connection to the neighborhoods where they grew up and now aim to uplift the community. As a first-generation U.S. citizen born to Mexican parents, Noé grew up in Boyle Heights, El Sereno, and Montebello and became the first in his family to graduate from college with a BFA from Otis College of Art & Design. Alongside his work in real estate, Noé brings a unique creative vision to our company.

At Piña Realty Inc., our goal is not just to make connections in real estate but to build vibrant spaces that reflect and enrich the communities we serve. Each of our offices will be designed as a gallery for original artwork by local and international artists, creating an environment where creativity and community flourish.

Looking ahead, we are committed to supporting the arts, fostering creativity, and establishing workspaces that inspire all who walk through our doors. This initiative is the first step towards our long-term goal of opening a community-rooted museum -The piña Contemporary - a space where the vibrant cultures and artistic expressions of our neighborhoods can be celebrated and shared for generations to come.
