Our company culture is one where we strive to have a relaxed, friendly, and positive attitude toward one another, our clients, and our business as a whole. Real Estate Sales can sometimes be a high-stress position. Our goal is to spend less time feeling stressed and more time collaborating and working effectively.


Training

Our training is one-on-one- Simple as that! What does that mean to you? It’s a world of difference from attending large meetings and expensive training to being trained and meeting with the Broker directly. The goal is to have the agent combine their passions, hobbies, and things that they are currently doing with their real estate practice. This is in fact how most top producers procure their clients - through their current social, fun activities. We still focus on the basics, cold calling, door knocking, and mailers but with an emphasis on your likes - on those things that make you unique.


Pay

Our Agent compensation is very generous. Being that we do not have a large overhead, our focus isn’t on maximizing the agent’s commission but on building long-term relationships that will pay off in larger amounts in the future for both. There’s an increase in commission for every agent that is referred to the company or our school.

GROWTH

There are opportunities for growth be it in our sales as a sales team leader, mentor, in our property management division, in our school, or as a DRE-approved manager of a future branch or a Broker.
